Ildikó Oravecz portrait

High Performance Consulting is owned by Ildikó Oravecz. She has been providing training and performance solutions to individuals and organizations for over 17 years. She is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the American Evaluation Association (AEA). A former member on the board of the NM chapter of ISPI - most recently as president - she is also a volunteer at the international level, and is currently the Chairperson of the Awards of Excellence Committee. She is also involved with the NM chapter of ASTD and is a board member of NM Evaluators. Ildi holds a Master's degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from the University of New Mexico. When not implementing performance solutions, she can be found volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters or perfecting her tennis serve.
